Approval of a consultation request does not guarantee delivery of advisory work until payment and engagement terms are confirmed where applicable. We may contact you by email or phone using the details you provide.

If an account is created for you, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend or terminate access to the client portal if these Terms are breached or if use of the account poses a security or operational risk.

Subscription benefits, such as included consultations, apply only while a subscription remains active and within the usage limits stated for that plan. Downgrades, cancellations, and plan changes are subject to the rules displayed at the time of purchase.

Payments for consultations, packages, and subscriptions may be processed through our authorised payment partners, including Razorpay. By completing a payment, you authorise us and our payment processor to charge the amount shown at checkout, including any applicable discounts or taxes.

Payment confirmation does not by itself create a broader advisory mandate beyond the specific product or service purchased. Failed, reversed, or disputed transactions may result in suspension of access until the matter is resolved.

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement or required by applicable law, fees paid for consultations, packages, or subscriptions are non-refundable once services have commenced or access has been granted.

If you wish to cancel a subscription or request a refund in exceptional circumstances, please contact us through the consultation form or your client portal. We will review requests fairly and respond in line with our policies and applicable law.

Promotional codes and coupons are subject to their stated validity period, usage limits, minimum purchase requirements, and eligible products. We may modify or withdraw promotions at any time. Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated.

We treat client information shared during enquiries and engagements as confidential, subject to our Privacy Policy and any separate confidentiality terms in an engagement letter. You agree not to misuse confidential information we share with you in the course of an engagement.
